As a new player in the retailing business, We helped PTPN VIII to set-up and launch a wide array of new products including formula development, makloon, developing marketing strategy as well as their promotional activities.

In order to prepare Walini for the launch, we set-up a Product tasting research and Usage & Behavioral Study as well as Feasibility Study.
Moving on from the research stage, we create the marketing strategy and the 4P (Products, Placement, Price, and Promotion).
This stage is what our company stand out for, instead of just delivering the strategy, we involved ourself in the execution.
This stages includes suggesting raw materials, formulas, human resource trainings, conducting pitching for the promotional campaigns, finding the right distributors until controlling the execution align with the strategy.
